Closing early tonight

I have to close the store at 6p tonight. I'm going to the Burton Snowboards Fall Bash and it's all the way down in Stowe which is almost an hour drive from here. I'm pretty excited about it though. It should be a really good time!

I'll be open tomorrow from noon to 6p as usual so stop by and see the photos from Patty Breneman if you missed the opening last night.

So I have recently become very addicted to Flickr. For those of you have never heard of it- Flickr is a photo sharing site. There are groups for every possible interest from travel to fashion to dogs. While I was browsing Miss Malaprop's Blog, I came across a group called Wardrobe_Remix. You basically post your outfit for the day and then people comment. It's completely addicting. Check out my Flickr page!

New Hours for Fall

Starting Oct. 1st, 2006, we will be closed on Mondays. I'm getting worn out and decided that I need a day off.

The online store will be up and running soon though so then you'll be able to shop 24/7 whether the store is open or not!

Damn Fine Pants

We've got Damn Fine Pants in the store and some other goodies from Morriseville, VT based designer Little Savage a.k.a. Ava Bishop.



Ava was one of eight designers who showed work at the Art Hop Fashion Show. I am so excited to have her stuff in the store!



Ava's pants are amazing but I loved this dress she made from an Urban Outfitters comforter so much I had to post a picture.

Closing early on Friday, Sept. 15th

The store will be closing at 5:30p on Friday, September 15th because of a road trip previously planned to go see Mates of State in Montreal. Sorry for any inconvenience! We'll re-open on Saturday at 11a as usual.

I've also been posting tons of pics on Flickr. There are a lot of product shots on there since I'm trying to get the online store up and running. Take a look and tell me what you think!

Art Hop Weekend

So tomorrow is the first night of Art Hop! We'll be showing monoprints from Marion Willmott. The reception will be from 5p-9p Friday night but of course you'll be able to see Marion's work all month. Stop by on your way down to Pine Street for the Fashion Show and Silent Auction in the Specialty Filaments building. I've donated a $50 gift certificate to the Auction so go bid on it!
